In 2009 we have published three issues of ISPRS Highlights as e-bulletin and distributed via e-mail as announced before. Articles about the Meetings, Council activities, News about the Melbourne 2012 Congress, News about ISPRS Symposia 2010, Annual reports and New Member Profiles have been published in these three issues of ISPRS Highlights.

ISPRS Highlights is produced as result of a good corporation and work between the ISPRS Headquarters Team, Publisher's Production Manager (Joost Boers) and Publisher (Reed Business Geo). Also, we thank to all our contributors for their great contribution.
